TRAINING OVERVIEW

During this Intermediate level training, new and experienced mentors will learn how to use the Youth Mentoring Tool Kit Framework and Youth Mentoring in Practice Model, endorsed by the UK Charity Barnardo's, SEEN initiative.

Delivered over 2 half days, with options to join our Youth Mentor Academy, this training allows Youth Mentors to reflect and enhance their youth mentoring practice. Training includes a pre reflection assessment, self study modules and a question sheet on completion.

This training encourages youth mentors to think creatively about the tools they use to support a young person’s progression, whilst monitoring and evaluating progression and impact.

  • 20 hours trainer led training

Our trainers will allow you to practice tools and techniques and develop a fit-for-purpose youth mentoring tool kit.
